Founded in 1990, Rotamech Consultants & Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is a trusted name in the design and manufacture of special-purpose equipment for metallurgical plants worldwide. What began as a two-member team has grown into a robust organization with 35 dedicated professionals, operating from two modern design offices in Kolkata and two fully equipped manufacturing facilities in Howrah and Kantlia.
Our infrastructure includes advanced design engineering tools, EOT cranes, and a two-storey administrative office, enabling us to deliver high-quality engineering solutions efficiently. Rotamech is ISO 9001:2015 certified by Bureau Veritas and has extensive experience working with global quality assurance and certification bodies such as BV and DNV for quality assurance and CE certification, particularly for clients in the European Union.
With over three decades of OEM experience, we have successfully delivered Cast House Equipment and other specialized engineering solutions to metallurgical industries across the globe. Our equipment is currently operational in numerous plants across India and internationally, including the USA, Bulgaria, Turkey, the Middle East, South Korea, Iceland, and South Africa (Anglo American Platinum).
Our in-house design and development centre, supported by a skilled team of engineers and technicians, enables us to provide end-to-end engineering solutions tailored to our clients' needs. Our core product range includes Cast House Equipment, Tap Hole Drill Machines, Clay/Mud Guns, Linear Casting Machines, Automatic Stock Level Monitoring Systems, and other custom-engineered products.
We also offer design and manufacturing consultancy services for the upgrading and revamping of existing facilities.
